
Tracy has been an avid yoga practitioner since 2003. After completing her 200-hr teaching training certification through Yogaworks, she is eager to share all that she has learned. Tracy was led to yoga as a means to reduce stress. Her journey has led her to incorporate yoga into her daily life. The lessons of mindfulness, and the breath are important not only on the yoga mat but in everyday life. Tracy continues to be a student of yoga, taking a special interest in yogic philosophy, Therapeuthic and Prenatal Yoga. She brings honesty and a sense of humor to her teaching. Tracy strives to have everyone leave their mat feeling balanced and good about themselves. When not at Blissful Yoga, Tracy enjoys family time with her husband, two children and best friend Harley the Fox Terrier.
