Classes

All Levels: Teachers provide the basic knowledge for a vinyasa or flow yoga class that’s based in linking movement with breath. All levels welcome.

Ashtanga: The first or primary series,  realigns the spine, detoxifies the body, and builds strength, flexibility and stamina. The series of about 75 poses takes an hour and a half to two hours to complete, beginning with sun salutations (surya namaskara A and surya namaskara B) and moving on to standing poses, seated poses, inversions and backbends before relaxation.

Ashtanga Mix: Builds strength, stamina and flexibility for more advanced postures and sequences. A full yoga workout. Meant for the intermediate/advanced student.

Bliss Flow: A well balanced, all levels flow based class connecting strongly with the breath as we move at a slower pace. A mindfulness practice including pranayama(breath work), deep stretching, slower paced flow, seated poses and meditation. Rediscover your connection to the breath. Ideal for students who are newer to flow and for those who want to step back and reconnect. Come experience the Bliss!

Hot Yoga: Experience a true, well balanced, intelligent hot yoga class and feel the difference! Poses and its sequencing vary every class to keep the body and the mind challenged. The room is heated to 90-93 degrees and we bring humidity to 50%. Since it’s not a dry heat, your muscles are more pliable and sweat is easily promoted without stressing the circulatory system. Loose weight, release toxins and feel completely renewed. Remember … it’s time to feel good!

YinYasa: Suitable for ALL levels. YinYasa begins with passive seated postures to target the deeper layers of connective tissues in the body.  Opening the body slowly allows for the release of deep toxins and creates fresh prana.  This fresh prana is then gently moved throughout the body with a mellow Vinyasa sequence.  By balancing the Yin and Yang aspects(lengthening and strengthening), the body eventually returns to its natural state of  health.   This therapeutic combination leaves one in state of bliss and harmony!  It's time to feel good by experiencing the joy and freedom of full mobility in the body once again!

Yin Yoga: Experience a passive, yet deep practice that works to open the body slowly with grounding postures and long holds.  Expect to leave class feeling relaxed and revitalized.  All levels are welcome.

Yoga Core: Yoga core uses traditional yoga poses that focus on core conditioning.  These challenging poses will build core strength, balance and flexibility which are essential to providing support for the spine.  With this well-rounded practice, movement in your daily life will come easier to you as well as advance your regular yoga practice.

Yoga Fit: Holding traditional yoga poses for an extended period of time, and also working poses dynamically, will build strong lean muscle while improving ones conditioning and endurance.  This practice will focus on toning the arms, legs, and core muscles. Prior knowledge of yoga asanas and sun salutations is recommended.  Come ready to work!

Yoga Wall:
Come hang! Rooted in the Iyengar Yoga method, classisv yoga postures are dissected with a unique awareness of correct alignment and precise actions in the body. The yoga wall is used to deepen and engage yoga postures as well as provide a therapedic support. Open deeper, invert easier, create space and HANG!
